Gooby will accept defective merchandise (manufacturer error) and will provide a replacement for the item at no charge. Gooby must be notified of any defective goods within 7 days of original delivery date to customer or Gooby reserves the right to refuse replacement upon review of circumstances. Gooby will not replace chewed items or items damaged due to mishandling. Gooby will accept general returns for in house credit only. For non-defective items, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. Exchanges for different size or style must be made within 30 days of original purchase date and out of season items are not eligible for exchange, NO EXCEPTIONS. Our apologies but we do not issue refunds. We do not reimburse for shipping charges. All exchange orders will be charged a shipping fee based on the items exchanged. FOR ALL RETURNS: You must call Gooby at 213-748-9030 and Gooby will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that you must write clearly and legibly on the outside of the return package.
